Collaboration pavilions – free on a first-come-first -serve basis. Space is limited to 18 pavillion booths.
The registration fee includes lunches, refreshment breaks, a welcome reception and dinner.
Every participating organization in the User Conference is offered a free booth in the Collaboration Pavilion. Content owners and buyers come to the Collaboration Pavilions to ‘sell' their needs and stimulate collaboration in their communities. Practitioners and technology providers come to the Pavilions to present and demonstrate their capabilities.
Consortium for Service Innovation members can register at TAUS member rates.

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend, a substitute may attend in your place. Cancellations must be received by TAUS in writing or you will be considered a No Show (no refund given). All refund claims must be received within 5 working days after the event has been held. The cancellation charges will apply irrespective of whether the registration fees have been paid or not.
Cancellation charges
An administration charge of €100 is applied to all cancellations.
Four weeks before: 100% refund (minus admin charge)
Three weeks before: 75% refund (minus admin charge)
Two weeks before: 50% refund (minus admin charge)
One week before: no refund
In case of ‘force majeure’ TAUS may reschedule an event and registrants will receive a full refund minus administration charge of €100.
