TAUS and SKTOL announce partnership

17th February, 2012, Amsterdam – TAUS, the translation innovation think tank and interoperability watchdog, announces a partnership with SKTOL (Association of Finnish Translation Companies).

This partnership allows the respective members access to the networks, communities and knowledge of the two organizations as well as preferential rates on membership.

SKTOL’s guiding purpose is to monitor and further the development of the translation sector and to improve the quality of translation services, recognition of the sector, and its general operating conditions.

“We see our partnership with TAUS as an opportunity to stay abreast with technological progress in our field. Through TAUS and its services, our members can improve their competitiveness and profitability and provide even more added value to their customers”, said Erik Miller, president of SKTOL.
